Engine Condition:
 All engines are pretested for quality. (No oil leakage, No Defects)

Order Processing:
 Once your order is paid, we re-test the engine, dismantle it, and secure it on a pallet for safe shipping.
 Expect delivery in 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
 Tracking details are shared within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Returns and Refunds:
 If there's no physical damage, refusing delivery incurs a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
 Always accept delivery and contact us for any support needed.
 Approved returns (RMA) will be picked up by us. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund if no replacement is available.
Warranty Conditions:
 The warranty covers engine blocks, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and other internal components.
 Parts like switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, manifolds, wire harnesses, valve covers, gaskets, brackets, oil pan, and flywheel are included for protection but are not covered under warranty. These should be swapped from your original engine if needed.
 We offer a "Parts-Only Warranty" and do not cover labor charges.
Reporting Issues:
 Report any issues (physical damage, functional failures, wrong type, etc.) within 15 days of receiving your order.
 30-day standard warranty on all engines and transmissions if not installed within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Compatibility:
 OEM auto parts can be swapped between different makes and models.

Residential Delivery:
All residential deliveries are subject to a $150 extra charge for lift-gate service. You can save these extra charges by shipping your product to a Mechanic Shop/Business Address.
